For interview presentations, I do like to follow up with my interviewer with any follow-up questions I was unable to answer on the spot and would need to look into further.

However, if after reflecting on my Q&A and realizing I mistakenly gave wrong information regarding a question about one of the studies that I was reviewing during my presentation (it was like a long journal club), is it appropriate to also follow-up and correct myself about it?

In my opinion not worth it. On the chance no one noticed it only harms you at this point to bring it up. I can’t see it being helpful to you. It’s already been talked about by your interview committee.
