When do most people E-Submit their PTCAS application for programs whose due date is 10/01/15?
 
I just E-submitted mine about 10 minutes ago. I still have to send my transcripts though.
 
I would do it a couple of weeks before the deadline because PTCAS can get overloaded quickly.
