I'm a Sr at a Calif school working on my last semester. I'll take MCAT in April 05, can I still matriculate at SGU for Fall of 05? If not when is the earliest I could get in, assuming I get accepted? ny help would be great.

You may be cutting it close, but I'd give it a shot. They have a tendency to let people know of their acceptance rather late in some instances. In any case, it wouldn't hurt to call the main office in Bay Shore, NY (not sure of the number, but I believe it's on the school's website www.sgu.edu) to see what they think.
