For all of us with just Waitlists, Is there still hope? Really?

I am in the need of some moral support. If somebody wants to share there last minutes acceptance, go ahead. If you just want to vent, do that to. I am studying for the MCAT very hard but in the back of my mind I just keep wishing that I get that call one of these days.

Does anyone know the actual number of people that get of the waitlist from this point on. For example, in the MSSM thread they posted that last year from this point on they only took 10 people off the waitlist.

If it's any consolation to you schools like UCSD and UCLA have seen some movement in the last week. These kinds of acceptances will probably lead to withdrawals and additional movement at other schools. I've been losing sleep and generally going crazy hoping for an acceptance. What a shame that I've let this ruin my summer...

Dont lose hope, it may not happen this year but work hard and it will happen eventually. I was given the same advice and it worked for me, just hang in there and stick with it.
