Uworld is going to be lopsided because most people only do Uworld.

uworld assessment is great, for uworld, and it inflates your score.

the nbme assessment is great, as it represents closest to the actual test, and it deflates your score

well from my own reading of the step 2 score thread, it seems UW is the closest to the real score even in those that took NBMEs. From my own experience of NBMEs they inflated my score and UW was more accurate. Dunno if it applies for Step 2 yet.

i did a UWSA and a NBME so iono.

Just do em both.

Haven't voted yet bec/ I have no score, but I can say the NBME 4 was child's play compared to UWSA and to the real thing.
