I stumbled on this website accidentally. It's actually a board review site, but it has wonderful stories about the pioneers of our your field. It wasn't until the late 60s and early 70s that most hospitals decided to create a dept of anesthesia. The first contributors to our field were actually denists providing anesthesia to surgeons....and much more.

and i thought it was the mayans who used to chew cocoa leaves and then spit in the trephanation holes of their victims.
 
jensen that guy does some good work..... him and mike ho......

competing viciously for the board review market they even snarl at each other at the asa conference.. heh heh heh

both are good people. doing good work.. necessary work... both have good products... heh heh heh.. i think mike ho wants to break into the written market.... but i think good ole niels. has that covered.... but mike's oral course cant be touched..

No doubt about it. Jensen for the writtens, Ho for the orals.
