I'm trying to decide what to add to my coversheet for extracurrics, for my 3rd thing I can either add like 15 hours of math/science tutoring at a middle school or 400 hours of playing club ultimate frisbee. The tutoring is much more relevant to my application, but the frisbee shows much more of a time commitment. It probably doesn't matter much anyways since both are on the applications regardless, but what do you think would be better on the coversheet?

They will need to review your entire application anyways, but you want something that grabs their attention for them to be interested. Assuming you have something else on your coversheet that show you're intelligent/interested in dentistry (GPA, DAT, Dentistry/Shadowing Experience, etc.), I would go with the 400 hours of ultimate frisbee.
