I HAVE THIS DOUBT THAT KEEPS COMING UP IN THE FORUM OVER & OVER AGAIN.WHAT DO YOU SAY WE SHOULD DO???? 😕

Q.the antidiuretic hormone is synthesized in the

1.cells of posterior hypophysis
2.hypothalamic nuclei
3.anterior pituitary
4.pars intermedia
5.none of the above

I thought what else it could be except choice 2 coz the question was about synthesis(not released ) but the key says its choice 1.now what to we have to answer if it is given in the real exam???
I AM SO CONFUSED........WE ALL KNOW THE RIGHT ANSWER BUT .....WHAT WHAT DO WE ANSWER THERE????

antidiuretic hormone is produced by cells that reside in which of the following structures,cells or areas?
A.pars nervosa
B.pars intermedia
C.basophils of pars distalis
D.acidophils of pars distalis
E.supraoptic nucleus of the hypothalamus

well..the answer given in the key was choice E.so i believe we can go ahead and stick to this answer as this is from latest paper compared to the previous question paper..
