i read in a local news paper bill gates has donated over 100 billion dollars from his Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation~ that is $100,000,000,000+++

^^^ to response to some above~ yes, oprah donates a lot too...but i think sometimes she picks out the most ridiculous cases, publicizes them and hypes them up~ imo

Oprah is also helping Jenny McCarthy launch her own talk show. After I heard this, any respect I had for Ms. Winfrey evaporated. How many deaths will Jenny "my son was cured of autism with a special diet" McCarthy be ultimately responsible for?

If I made over 200 million a year I'd be pretty generous too. And I have less respect for the rich woman who publicizes her generosity to make herself look good and boost ratings than the middle class guy who throws his last 20 into the offering tray.

One word: scary. My real issues with Oprah stem from that fact that people trust her for medical knowledge. Dr. Oz annoys me.

Oprah isn't nice at all, they did a show sometime in 1995 (saw in health, learning about conjoined twins), Brittany and Abby were in it. She acted so rude to them. You should of seen it, she was horrible.
