Before you switch, just keep in mind that pasture is not necessary greener, make sure you change for the right reasons. If you are in pharmacy for big money, job guaranty or easy gig, you likely will end up in retail and not get what you are looking for. On the other hand, if you are dedicated, determined and capable, you will find your dream job. Those unicorn jobs exist and reserved for the right individuals with proper preparations.
