will it look bad if I dont put down a contact person or number. Its not that I dont want to, its just that I volunteered a few years ago and cant seem to find the contact info.....any advice would greatly help...thanks

i'm fairly certain they don't expect contact info for every single experience, so you should be fine.

my impression is that the contact info section is only there to make you think twice about what really constitutes a "significant activity" and reduce "inflation" in that section (as AAMC puts it)
