What would be the latest day I could e-submit in order for my app to be in the first batch? Also, if my transcript status does not change in a week or so, can I still submit my app or would this be a bad idea? (My transcript was already mailed close to a week ago)
 
Yes - I would also be interested to know when to submit in order to be considered in the first batch!
 
When I applied the first boxes were delivered the third week of July to the schools.
 
We don't know when the first batch will be mailed yet, last cycle it was sent on June 20th. You would need to be verified before then if a similar date holds true this cycle.
 
In the ADEA Webinar, they said that the first batch will be sent out the three weeks after the application opens. They didn't say a specific day though.

does that mean they will verify the applications with received transcripts by then?
my transcripts were all received and its already 4 days. I dont think by the end of next week (3 weeks after app opens) they will send out my app (I submit on Jan 3rd btw)

I'm not exactly sure. I'm so confused about all of this too. I just assumed that they meant that everything will be sent out the week of the 21st (I didn't include the week that the app opened).

Prob the central app is flooded with so many transcripts and etc.
 
similar to above posts--my transcripts were mailed out on the fourth but still haven't posted. I sent them regular mail via the registrar w/ the matching form, but when should I expect them to post?

regular mail take up to 7 business day to arrive if it is not within the same state (same state takes 3 day). so I think ur transcripts are probably there now if you mail them on the 4th.

mine were received 1 week ago and still havent posted.

Mailed them out same day as you and nada here as well. But one of my registrars was through mail so I'm assuming I'll have to wait like 3 days for that to be processed and sent out. If nothing happens by next monday I'm resending everything in.
 
Can we submit if the app doesn't say it received our transcripts yet? Same question for Interfolio delivery..

Yes you can submit, not like anything will happen till your transcripts get submitted and grades verified anyway...

Yeah I was waiting for my transcripts to get there before submitting. I suppose I'll review everything once more then go ahead and submit. I sent my transcripts and tracked them and they appear to have arrived.

Does this mean AADSAS may have already received my transcript and they just didn't update the status in the portal? I requested for the transcripts to be sent on June 3. Methinks I should call AADSAS now... I've been waiting for the transcript to show as received in the portal this entire time before submitting the app, using the time to tweak things. Now, I'm wondering whether I should just submit.

Hey there, I also requested my transcripts to be sent on June 3 - they just showed up on my AADSAS portal this morning, if that's any help! Perhaps yours will show up today at some point, too?

Thanks, and yeah, fingers crossed. Btw, did you get an email notification that the transcripts were received or did you have to keep checking the portal?
 
No email notification for me

I just called them and they don't even pick up. That is messed up.

nothing is posted on mine yet.

Hi capnamerica - I didn't receive an email notification - I just checked the portal and saw it there... Fingers crossed you see it up there soon! I imagine they are just flooded with transcripts right now...
 
Oh wait....my apologies @capnamerica !! JUST KIDDING mine haven't been received yet......I thought just because I saw them listed on the Transcripts tab that they had been received but the spaces for the Date Received are blank...My bad!! haha:happy: I'm in your same boat....hopefully we see something this week!

I didn't get an email when AADSAS received them. If you go to transcripts under my application status it should just show a date received beside each school. This might be different if you haven't submitted yet though. I haven't been sent emails for any updates after I submitted last week. Also I submitted my transcript request on the 4th and AADSAS got them on the 12th, but both of my schools automatically print out the matching form for me so I think that speeds the process up quite a bit. Don't worry guys I'm sure they'll all be in soon.

I'm so confused. Nothing appears under the Transcripts tab in my application.. Did you e-submit your app already?
 
Like others have mentioned, I didn't get an email indicating that my transcripts had been received either. I'm also not sure if you need to e-submit your application in order for them to process it. I e-submitted mine on the 5th and also mailed my matching form to the registrar then as well. I just checked and my transcript has been received as of June 12th.
 
One of my school's transcripts has been received and shown on the ADDSAS! Thought I should update.
