For the "why do you want to attend this school" question, would it be ok to list the stuff why like good school, etc etc, and then say you also like the location and could see yourself moving to that state permanently (if you are OOS)?

Or is mentioning the location a no?

Citing location is completely legit. Also be able to say something about the school itself: research, faculty, student programs, class vs. clinical aspects, tuition. It doesn't necessarily have to be something unique to that school, either. Like a lot of schools do research. So what? Just focus on that one school as if the others do not exist. From what my advisors taught me, only think of that school and that school alone. Don't start citing differences. So get on the school's website and have at it.

Absolutely, in fact some schools like to hear you are interested in living or settling in the location permanently. Just don't come off as cheesy, if you honestly don't see yourself there then don't bring it up.

sorta off-topic Q: Does the question "If you got accepted to all schools, where would you go?" often come up during interviews? If so, what's a good way to answer that?
