No.
 
I dont think so either...although sometimes it may depend on the school...some schools prefer students directly coming out of college, while others are more accepting of non-traditional students who may be a few years out of college for various reasons...but for the most part, I dont think there is any advantage for either
 
I can't really vote. I graduated in May, but then had summer school and finished my second major in Dec. So I've only had a semester off, but don't consider myself coming straight from college. :confused:
