Hey guys
I received the acceptance packet couple days ago and the matriculation agreement talks about (Page 3, first bullet point) the medical documents included by Department of Student Services with the acceptance letter packet but I couldn't find it. Any of you guys received the above mentioned documents???

It was not in my packet either-- I guess it is yet to come. I have a question about the Criminal Background Policy thing, it says to send it to Student Services-- does any one know their address?

I sent it to the same address as the OFfice of admissions.

Student Services will send us a packet with stuff from them. The immunizations that you need are listed on your interact now checklist.
