hey SDNers,
I am debating about retaking the DAT... well actually I am pretty sure I will have to if nothing pans out of my waitlists. anyhew, Has anyone retaken the exam and actually SCORED LESS than before?? Yes, I am worried about this happening to me since my scores are pretty good but alas every year it gets very competitive.

it depends what your scores are...if your scores are pretty good, why are you retaking it?

i took the test for a second time and did worse but i think its cause i tried to only study for 2 weeks the second time(stupid me). but i am retaking it AGAIN for the third time on wednesday. i say that if u retake it and put the amount of study time that u should, then u will do fine and probably alot better cause u have already done a pretty comprehensive study the first time(lets hope). im in your same boat, waitlisted and not really expecting anything....yay for re-applying!!! 👎

I will be retaking my DAT in June for the 2nd time and worried that I would do worse... This would look really bad on the application... I'm even thinking about rescheduling...

Keep studying... I guess!!!
