I know the questions are good (or so i keep hearoing), but do they have questions with pictures, x-rays, ekg, etc like the real exam?

to answer your question: yes

it is a reallly helpful source if you spend some time on it. i wish i had gone through all of the questions instead of the 300 i had time to go through.
