ok on wiki...it says trigeminal ganglion is located on the temporal lobe......but on netters it looks like trigeminal ganglion and foramen ovale are located on the sphenoid bone....where are both of these structres located!!!!

The trigeminal ganglion sits lateral to the sella turcica on the sphenoid bone and the mandibular branch of CN V (known as V3) passes through the foramen ovale along with the accessory meningeal nerve. The foramen ovale itself is located in the sphenoid bone, a part of the middle cranial fossa. 🙂

i second this 🙂

what about the infraorbital foramen? first aid says maxilla and sphenoid bones form it but in netters sphenoid is way in the middle cranial fossa!

so what bones make up infraorbital foramen - just maxilla?
