CA dental law and ethics exam in 2023?

So I know within the last year or two they changed the exam, but just took it this week in 2023 now and failed. I have a feeling it was changed again, questions seemed majority scenario based and no quick recall ones on permitted duties or easier dates, etc. Seemed unlike the prep material and resources people are frequently using. Anyone taken it in 2023 so far and have any tips? Considering buying the updated 2023 embrasure space resource...but would really not like to fail again!
