Foreign trained MD looking for residency

Just wondering if anyone knows the porcedure that i have to go through after writing the USMLE. Also, whether foreign students are given a lower standing.

Besides the USMLE exams, you have to take the TOEFL and apply for an ECFMG certification. I'm not sure if the CSA is still required.
