Just wondering if anyone knows the porcedure that i have to go through after writing the USMLE. Also, whether foreign students are given a lower standing.

Besides the USMLE exams, you have to take the TOEFL and apply for an ECFMG certification. I'm not sure if the CSA is still required.

At any rate, details about the ECFMG certification can be found at: http://www.ecfmg.org

and details about applying for the general US residency match at: http://www.nrmp.org

Best of luck...
