Foreign volunteer exp

Should I write volunteer exp which I got when I was living in other country?? I really don't have much volunteer activities from the US ( only 3 months at Mount Sinai ).

I have 2 jobs, so I kind of don't have a time to volunteer more

Absolutely! Just the fact that you're doing it in another country makes you stand out a little bit more; depending what you did, and what your motivations were for doing it, it could even be a great theme for your essay.
