Forgot to add clinical experience in primary, updated in secondary

As the title says, I somehow forgot to list one of my important hospital volunteering experiences in my primary app. I just realized this recently and sent an update to all the schools after submitting my secondary app.

I was just wondering, how much will this hurt my application (if any) if the activity not listed officially on the primary AMCAS app under experiences?

Probably varies by school. Could make you appear careless and some schools simply don't accept updates (esp. pre-interview). Other places may simply add your email to your file and think nothing of it.
