Medical Forgot to apply to a medical school - how does that impact my existing applications?

I applied to 31 medical schools but just realized I missed one. My total should have been 32 and now that I am moving through secondaries, I have noticed this. I went to amcas and updated the primary but it is asking me to "resubmit". Will that reset the secondaries I have already submitted? Or will AMCAS know to just send something to the new school?
