Forgot to mark disadvantaged

Hi there,

I am posting for a friend who forgot to mark that she was disadvantaged on AMCAS. Is there anything she could do to tell this to medical schools? (I'm assuming that med schools wouldn't like it if she emails them saying that she forgot to...) She has a low GPA and is retaking her MCATs in about a week. So this distinction might help her get interviews and possible acceptances. Thanks y'all!
