Form that goes with LOR!?

Alright, well i got all my professors email address when school got out (May 4th) and i told them i would be emailing them the form that needs to be attached to the LOR... But i really cant figure out how to do this, it seems to be that it needs to be printed and given to them. Any suggestions on how to get this form to them via email?? thanks!

you have to give them a hard copy (either personally or mail) because you have to sign the form. no e-mail.

When we click on the folder that reads "evaluators" where is the LOR matching form??? is it the first page that pops out?? and where are we supposed to sign?

After you open the pdf file, you can click on "save as", save it to ur computer, then attach it in the e-mail, tell ur prof. to print it out and send it with the LOR~

so what happens if you dont have the form in it? i wonder if ppl at AADSAS will even be picky or care with how they run things

How can i sign it though??? 😕 Bah... Now i gotta print it off, sign it, and then send it to my professors, then they send it to AADSAS... jeez just more tedious mickey mouse b*llsh*t!
