I don't know anything concrete, but as long as you're not exposed to higher-than-allowed limits I don't see any major risks. I would try to limit direct inhalation if possible, so make sure to work only in the vented grossing bench or hood. I know residents in my program who have breastfed and still been on AP services which required grossing. Their kids seem normal so far!
