Hi all,
I take the DAT in 15 days and was unsure about the 2 forms of ID required at the testing center. It says one with a photo and signature, the other with only a signature. The only signature found on any ID of mine is my drivers license.
What forms did you all take to the center?

I took my passport and my drivers license along with a credit card, they took my drivers license and passport, that's all you need.

Rizzler is right; but if you don't have a passport, you may use your social security card; I'm not sure if a student/employee/library ID can be used as a secondary id. BUT you definitely need all ID in the exact same names.
