I submitted mine 7/3 and got verified 7/13. My mailing date hasn't been updated, but I called and it will be mailed tonight or tmw along for the 4th batch. So, no need to worry if it hasn't updated. If your GPA got verified today, you might or might not go in 4th batch since they are prepared all of the applications that got submitted two weeks ago for mailing tonight or early Fri morning.
 
i was told that i would be mailed out later tonight or early tomorrow (4th batch) by a representative today morning, but still no update on my mailing date. And i though once you click the e-submit button it was party time.... no party time....
 
E-submitted 7/12 and just got verified ten minutes ago. Very surprised considering that everybody I have seen has taken at least ten days and I thought it was only supposed to get worse. Crossing my fingers to get sent out tomorrow in the fourth batch!
 
My mailing date got updated too! Yay for 4th Batchers! 🙂

Sigh..I was hoping they would get to mine tomorrow, since they are working on 7/9 submissions today. I guess there is still an hour or so left until closing time, so I hope they get to yours!

I think the process is automated; all the verified apps were set to be sent out at around 12 a.m. eastern time. I am just glad we are done with AADSAS!

TMDSAS still hasn't completed the verification and is still processing. Hopefully it will be completed by tomorrow. Looks like I will be in the same batch as you for tmdsas as well 😀

Yay for being same batch buddies! Now begins the fun of secondaries 😀 *hides* How many OOS schools did you apply to as a Texas resident?

Ehh, TMDSAS is taking it's sweet time. It looks like yours should be verified by tomorrow. Mine will probably verified by Tuesday. I am getting nervous because Baylor has already sent out a bunch of interviews.

On the side note, does anyone have any advice to pass time during this stressful stage? I just keep refreshing my applications and sdn lol I presume I will be refreshing my email starting Monday 😀

Yay for secondaries 😎 I have applied to 10 OOS schools. Yeah I have seen so many guys getting interviews for Baylor, but hey we may get lucky :xf:

The refreshing apps situation is the same story for all of us, ain't it.
I have decided to go shadow other dentists here just to pass my time and stay away from the computer. Have you heard of TMOM (Texas mission of mercy)? Probably participate in those too, so that I will have something to talk about during the interviews.

That's a great idea. I have not heard of them, but sounds like something I would want to do :S Maybe being out of state for undergrad has disadvantages :X

^That is now your best friend. It shows which schools have secondaries and whether you need to mail a check right away. All schools should send a confirmation email and some schools will give more information about their secondaries.

E-submitted 7/12. Verified 7/19. Mailed this morning! I'm excited to be in the fourth batch! Now just need to kill the DAT. lol
 
My application got mailed out today! 7/20 Applications received at BU, NYU, and UMichigan so far this morning. I'm about to go on a tour at Western right about now. Good luck with apps everyone!
 
I e-sumbitted 6/30. My final transcript did not get submitted until 7/9. Verified 7/18. 4th batch woop woop.
 
Whoo hoooo!!! 4th batchers goooo!!! How long is a normal time for you to get your supp apps in? Would you guys say like a week after your apps are submitted?
 
Which schools have you guys received emails from? I got KY and NYU today!

App received emails from NYU, BU, and ATSU.
NYU sent me another email saying the app is under review now 🙂

Eeek I am sending my fee today..stupid checks!! Clearly this is NOT 1948 -_-
 
I received from BU, AT still, Michigan, and NYU.... this is crazy we are actually starting the process!!

Make that Priority Mail! Definitely worth it. Sending a check for Pittsburgh today as well.
Oh and my tmdsas app is still under review?!!! Do they sleep walk to work or wat 😴

:O If yours is not verified by today, then that's CRAZY. Clearly they take their sweet time. I called them up two days to ask about a course that I had listed wrong. The rep was just like "OHH, we haven't even started to look at your app yet." Her tone was just weird..it sounded like if it was a long long process to look at an app -_-
 
wait so how do you know when you app is actually under review rather than just sent out to the school?
 
Quick question for those who have applied to NYU. Should I submit a pic along with my check?

"Send these materials directly to the dental schools Only When an Admission Officer Contacts You:"
a photograph is included in that. Does receiving the email that we have received this morning counts as "contacting me" or do they mean if I am invited for an interview? :S
 
Right now you should send in a check and a picture. Then if they contact you for an interview they will have you fill out the supp paperwork.

For now just the check. They will send u supp app link when invited for interview. I think you can upload the photo in the supp app later. 👍

I am so excited for you! They did the 7/19 update yesterday and you got processed today, right? Did they send an email?

I think they probably got a ton of checks on 7/9 and therefore taking a while to process apps.
I received an email saying they have sent the app to schools as soon as they completed processing. I hope they get to ur app soon :highfive:
