Fourth Year Grades

Do fourth year grades get looked at while applying for TY year and sf match? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

For Ophtho -4th year grades are likely not that important. For TY, probably 4th yr grades probably get a look since the match is much later. They are P or F anyway.
