Fourth Year Grades

[CreameBiggums]

When you're applying to residencies, do your fourth year grades matter?

Mine definitely did after I did my non-cat year for OMFS. I worked really hard my 4th year and my grades boosted my rank up several spots which I think made a huge difference (only graduated with 52), so yes for me they did!

Not if you go straight into your final residency program.
