I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a cross reactivity between all fluoroquinolones? Logic would say yes but if anyone knows differently let me know. (My friend had a serious allergic reaction and I told him to know the class fluoroquinolones to avoid since doctors now a days are so cipro and levaquin prescribing happy!)

Being that they are structurally similar, yes, it is much more likely that those from the same class would have a similar reaction. Though in theory, it is possible to be allergic to one and not another. It just depends on your own individual wacky immune system.
