You will get into practically any school you want. Do some dental volunteering and you are set.

this is correct! looks like you frapped the test, not the other way around! 😎
im takin my DATs on thursday...im hoping that i can come anywhere NEAR those scores! :xf:

Hugs and kisses to you all . . . and I'm sure you'll do great iwanna . . . I felt totally unprepared but did pretty good!

Now heres the thing....why in the world were you all fretty about your score being that your GPA is what it is? There have been people who have gotten lower scores who were actually HAPPY about them, so I find it strange you were worried about 21. It's one thing to say "thank you for the help guys, I got a 21" but its different when you say "I think I got a low score of 21" because it belittles those who scored lower than you, my opinion though.

Do we have to know solubility rules? I don't mean like NaCl dissolves, I mean more complicated ones.

I'm laughing my ass off about the "PAT = 19 due to female." :meanie:

doc3232: For the solubility rules, I don't really memorize them: I try to think of it in terms of common sense stuff so I don't have to memorize them (because that's really hard LOL). So for example, the heavy metals (Pb, Hg, etc.) don't dissolve in water -think of a silver filling: that is NOT going to dissolve in water. But anyway, I guess it depends on what version of the test you get.

 It's biologically proven that females are worse at PAT, for whatever reason. My high school going brother looked at my Crack DAT and was like, that's easy, to all the problems. I was like, 😱

Here is the Sad part. A female, with a 4.0 GPA at a prestige university not to mention being published, with such scores is still hesitant to share with others what was on the test because she is scared others might get higher scores, or maybe its cause its "not right" Either way, I am sorry.

I'd love to help anyone study, but I will not share test material because (1) I don't want my scores to be voided (2) it's not fair to others who don't have prior knowledge of the test. Like I said, I'd love to share my study techniques with you all, but I will not reveal any test material, not that I remember it anyway.

ok.

Good scores, I'm not sure what kind of response you are looking for with your DAT scores, get higher ones? Perfect GPA and above average DATs.

Sorry, to see some immaturity in SDN. We are here to help each other and share our experiences(not test materials). believe me, nobody can take sombody's else seat in Dental schools. In addition helping others(willing to help) is huge part of health professions.
