Freaking out-SOPHAS won't let me "save responses" to necessary questions

Hi! I'm applying for a December 1st deadline (I know, I'm screwed) to Columbia and under the "Program Materials" section, there's a "Questions" tab, where even when I fill it all out, the "save my responses" is in grey, and thus, I cannot submit my application. None of my recommenders have handed in the LOR's, but that's the only thing I can think of. What should I do??

No I've filled in all questions multiple times

Do you have screenshot for the application? I've already submit to Columbia and there's no problem.
