Is this referring to the Free 138 questions (3 blocks of 46) that the official USMLE releases...and if so, what's a good score? The questions are surprisingly tougher than Uworld/NBMEs (longer questions and questions on rarer topics) this is having scored mid 240s on several nbmes and doing decent on Uworld.

apparently anything approaching 90 percent and up is a good score. I took it at the Prometric center and scored an 88 percent. I missed 8 on the last block; the last block was the hardest out of them all yet i still dont know which ones i missed. I will say this, i looked over the questions afterwards and i do believe they threw in some questions from previous practice forms...because i still cant figure out which 8 i missed in that last block.
