Never seen a free one, and you'd probably consider it lousy if it existed. Most of the major books (Dorlands, etc.) are available for the PDA from a variety of software publishers, including Skyscape ( http://www.skyscape.com ).

I dont know if u call this a "decent" one... but of coz it is definitely not comparable to Dorlands or Tabers.
