Frequency of exams

How many exams do you average during the first 2 yrs in dental school? I talked to a Tufts student and she mentioned 6 or 7 exams on average during a 2 week period.

Also how detailed is the material? I've taken anatomy and Physiology undergrad how detailed is the dental school equivalent?

If he has 3-4 exams per week then Tufts must put very little weight on an individual exam.

So far at Pacific we have a full blown exam (worth a significant portion of the final grade) about once a week on average (including practicals) and smaller quizzes on the order of about twice a week on top of the exams.
