I could really use some advice;

I have wanted to go into medical school since I was 11 years old and an ill family member impacted this decision for the rest of my life. Though going through some family problems in my early university career has weighed heavy on my mind.

1st yr- 52.8% avg. 3 F's 🙁
2nd yr- 56.7% avg.

Since then I have regrouped, and sought out guidance and completely altered my approach toward my university adventure;

3rd yr- 93.1% avg. two semesters of 6 courses including (genetics, phy, micro, calc II, bioch etc.)

I work part time for a Financial Firm and have pursued 1 specific designation, but I'm not passionate about this direction, it has been more or less a learning experience and a means to fund my education. (1 yr)

This august EMT-training with a pt (non-paid) position lined up for September pending my completion.

I was a coach for a 12 yr old team this past year and will continue this again in September- through March.

I have 100+ hours volunteering at a vision health clinic.
Multiple 3-day volunteer commitments for a variety of charities (approx 24 hours each- health related)

I play two sports and three instruments all non-competitively but for my own personal enjoyment.

My goal is to land a few hours a week research position in my last 2 years of my program.

MCAT: 27P (1st time), 34Q(most recent)

I've research some potential Msc that intrigue me, but I have my heart set on Med.

What are my chances? and what can I work towards? To be honest I'm feeling like I'm spread thin already and I have just barely started pre-studying my courses for fall.
