What is the breakdown of your non clinical volunteering hours?
In AMCAS I labeled all my nonclinical volunteering hours under the pre-health frat I was service/phil chair for. I said I volunteered at a soup kitchen (50 hours), mentored an elementary student through an afterschool program (50hrs), and did logistics/fundraising events (50hrs). I also volunteered playing music in various healthcare settings which I wrote briefly about. I know in total my nonclinical hours are pretty low. I was hoping doing AmeriCorps in my gap year would offset that (which would now be volunteer work exchange programs...).

Your low non clinical volunteering hours be limit your chances for interviews, especially at top tier schools where you will competing with applicants with many hundreds or thousands of hours of non clinical hours.
I suggest these schools with your stats:
U Washington
Washington State
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
Cornell
New York Medical College
Albany
Rochester
Hackensack
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Tufts
UMASS
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
USF Morsani
Miami
Belmont
Alice Walton
TCU
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Roseman
Iowa
Colorado
