Quick question(s): how much stock should one put into FRIEDA stats such as average hours worked per week or number of days off per 7 days at a particular program? Do the FRIEDA numbers provide an accurate representation where you're at? If they do, what are some the more important stats to look at when trying to objectively evaluate a program? Thanks so much!!

I don't know how they come up with those numbers - I would basically ignore them, and ask residents at interviews. To objectively evaluate programs, look at # of specimens (more is better), # of residents, faculty teaching, things like that.
