I have seen a few people say they got questions about frogs and mice in the bio section. Does anyone that had those type of questions remember what they were asking about?

Took mine yesterday, question went something like this:

"If you inject the nucleus of a xenopus intestinal cell into an enucleated egg that was fertilized, a normal embryo will often develop. This is an example of what?"

A. Fertilization
B. Determination
C. Differentiation
etc…..

Yea it was the same exact question as destroyer just worded a little bit differently and different answer choices. Answer is differentiation.

I got a question about injecting a mouse cell embryo with another different color mouse gene and asked me what would happen in the next stages of development. I had no idea, but the question wasn't really testing me on mice.
