Dear PGY-1 s in west coast, I am a PGY-1 Neurology and matched into NY. But my family is in AZ. It's being extremely difficult for us to travel with a 5 months old from east to west. I would be very grateful if someone in Neurology/Psychiatry in West coast (in Arizona, California, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico) going through similar situation and would like to swap positions! I am really missing my kid.
