Frontal cortex or hippocampus closer to olfactory bulb, hypothalamus, & BBB?

Is it reasonable to say that "the frontal cortex is further from the olfactory bulb, BBB, and hypothalamus than the hippocampus"? I haven't taken neuroanatomy before.

part of frontal cortex( orbitofrontal) is next to olfactory bulb so its closer. Its probably further from hippocampus than the hypothalamus.
Not sure about BBB- that is probably equally close to all cortical structures, it will be hard to say.
