Ok i'm a long time lurker here and am definitely the description of the "average" medical student. My expectation is to get a 220 on this test. However, here is my score progression:

CBSE: 199 (late May)
NBME 6: 209 (early June)

did all of DIT

UWSA1: 209

I'm averaging a 59% in UWORLD and my last 10 tests have averaged 67% with 50% of the question bank to go. I can't believe that I'm not closer to 220 after all the studying I've done so far.

Anyone else have this experience or have any advice on how to proceed? (I take the test in 2 weeks)

Can't really tell you how to proceed, because I'm more or less in a pretty similar situation as you.. read most of RR before I took NBME6 in the middle of May, got a 219.. studied for three weeks, took UWSA1 and got a 224.. 5 points!! Ugh. I'm just studying as hard as I possibly can until my test day (in 10 days, minus taking a day off beforehand to relax), and trying to convince myself that UWSA1 is harder than the real thing and that it might've just hit all of my weaknesses (and thus put me at the lower end of what my score might be). I know way more info than I did when I took NBME6, so that's the main consolation I have =\

my opinion: fluke

your UW % is actually really good considering you are only half way through.. you're doing better than me on your last 10 tests and I'm halfway through too.

Dont stress too much, just look at what you got wrong and move on.. I think you'll be just fine.. I'd advise taking NBME 7 the week before.. thats my plan anyway.
