Anyone have a resource containing state by state regulations regarding the recognition and ownership rules pertaining to FSEDs?
 
You would have to look at individual states for the regulations. I think they are only legal in Colorado and Texas

I think GA just legalized them for undeserved areas maybe. Not that anyone is champing at the bit to open one in rural Georgia
