Full-length practice Step 2?

Do you all think it's necessary to do a full-length practice exam in preparation for step 2? If i was to do one I'd probably do it at home so that I can go over the answers and al least get something out of it. I know it's even longer than step 1, but for those of you who have taken it already... should I or shouldn't I?
