Assuming you practice 100% CCM, what is considered full-time at your hospital? And are you in a community or academic setting?

They two additional weeks off. So when sandwiched between your two regular weeks off that means two three week vacations per year.

15 shifts per month, depending on the model it could be a 10 hour day model or a 12 hour day model
