Hey guys,
Been thinking about a few different scenarios these days and wanted to get some opinions.
Currently working at cvs getting paid upper 60's per hour which is probably not going to get better anywhere i go at this point and I've reached my cap at cvs apparently. i guess after 6 + years of working i'm finally burning out and looking for change. right now i'm working over 40 hours a week and i feel like my health is deteriorating so im not sure if i should just go to a store where i can work 30 hours( which just happened to open up right by me) or just work at an independent or hospital and stay prn for cvs. my question is does my hourly rate change if i go prn/per diem ? What do you guys think ?? im stuck because there are tons of people who would kill to get more hours so maybe im giving up a good position and will regret it later and another factor is ofcourse bills (mortgage student loans >150k etc. Probably not the smartest move financially but then there's my health and sanity....
