His thinking is correct, but what about the people that put thier heart and soul getting the numbers? Is this person going to be overlooked because someone said they were disadvantaged and had excuses why he did perform? I think more schools are looking at the things that were mentioned in the article, but think that the numbers motivate us to do will in school. The numbers are just a way to hand out interviews, the interview is where they will ATTEMPT to distinguish if you will be a good dentist or not
