Fund for a second residency?

If I do two residency (e.g. 3 year of IM+ 3 year of Neuro). Will both residency be funded by the government?

Only the first residency is funded 100%. The second residency is funded 100% IME and 50% DME. Although the exact ratio of IME/DME depends between programs, this will yield about 80% of the total funding in many programs.

Although you may have just used it (IM + Neurology) as an example, may I point out that there are combined IM and Neurology residencies?
