Funding for a doctorate in Canada

I'm at a Canadian university and my doctoral level funding runs out next year (there's a cap on four years of federal funding since some politician decided that four years was plenty to get a Master's and PhD degree). Does anyone know of any US foundations etc. that provide funding for Canadian doctoral students in child development research? I found a couple but I'm wondering if there's more....
